WOW, What a Spot!

friendly owner secure motorcycle very nice value
The owner were SUPER friendly and accommodating. I secured my motorcycle safely, HUGE. My upgrade to a larger room was a total SURPRISE and made the VALUE very nice.
Maintenance is a bit needed here and there, but is nothing HUGE.

The hotel offered some extras IN the room . Complimentary cookies, bottled water, and mini-toiletries added a GREAT touch. It was a VERY welcome surprise after a long day.

the room seemed a bit worn. the duvet felt thin. a touch-lamp kept turning on by itself, i found it annoying. the noise from outside made it difficult to sleep with the window open.

the room had a fridge, that was useful. the tv was large. there was a bus stop right next to the building. i found a bar in the hotel (unexpected, but very welcome).
the decor was a little dated.

great stay!

perfect location family room convenient parking
we needed a spot near the docks and this place nailed it the location was perfect for exploring all the nearby shops and restaurants. the family room included a microwave fridge kettle and even coffee and biscuits i felt so spoiled. our host told us about the quayside parking lot only a quick walk away and very convenient
i did notice a few spots needing some tlc the bathrooms could use a little sprucing up here and there

The room was well equipped. It had everything I needed for my stay. I found nice touches like free water, coffee, biscuits, and chocolate too. The location proved fantastic.
The duvets were to thin. The touch-lamp kept switching itself on. The room was very hot.

the hotel is near shops and restaurants. it is a short walk from transit stations. the family room was equipped with coffee, biscuits, a microwave, a fridge and a kettle.
some maintenance is needed in places, like the bathrooms, they could use a bit of attention.

perfect location friendly staff convenient parking hand sanitiser
The location was perfect. I could easily walk to nearby attractions! parking at the quays shopping centre was convenient, though the price was £15 per 24 hours, a fact i considered. the staff was friendly! i also noticed hand sanitiser bottles provided in the bathroom, a nice touch.
the duvet felt slightly thin, a minor point really.
